The Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC), founded in 1918, is an automotive industry employer association that advocates for its members and provides them with essential services. These include access to Australia’s largest automotive technical library, advice on human resources and workplace relations, and support through its apprenticeship scheme. With 15 Industry Divisions, VACC covers all automotive sectors and environments.


VACC’s structure allows members to set the policy agenda through elected boards and committees, while its Research Department serves as an industry intelligence hub. The organization’s commercial arm, OurAuto, offers various business solutions, and VACC membership provides access to valuable support services and the ability to leverage VACC’s expertise and brand recognition in marketing initiatives.

The mission of the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce is to be the most influential automotive industry association and to support and advance member businesses.
